On May 23,2008, The Scribe posted this Article regarding how the non Muslim Bumiputeras in Sabah and Sarawak are increasingly finding themselves being dominated by an Umno inspired program to change the demographics in both states. What was reported in Malaysiakini is actually the tip of the iceberg.http://kutuberahak.blogspot.com/2008/10/sabah-population-increases-by-285.html.
What's scary here is that if the current trend continues, the non Muslim Bumiputeras in Sabah and Sarawak will end up as foreigners in their own land. They may become stateless when both these states are over run by Indonesian and Filipino Muslims who are accorded Malaysian citizenship and automatically become Malays. This of course works to Umno's benefit. It is high time for Sabahans and Sarawakians to pressure their MPs and Assemblymen to cross over to Pakatan Rakyat NOW before it is too late. The Parliamentary session on October 13, 2008 is a window of opportunity for the YB's from Sabah and Sarawak to make that historic change.
To the People of Sabah and Sarawak, hound your YB's where ever you see them. Whether it is in their service centers, homes, offices, market place, church, mosques or in any private or public place, let them know you had enough and want change! Let them know you want them to leave BN and join Pakatan Rakyat now!
The composition of ethnic groups in Sabah as of March 2006:
Malays 342,500 15.3%
Kadazan/Dusun 530,000 23.7%
Bajau 399,300 17.8%
Murut 98,400 4.4%
Other Bumiputera's 436,300 19.5%
Chinese 287,200 12.8%
Other Ethnic groups 143,500 6.4%
Total number of Citizens 2,237,100 100.0% (75.1%)
Non Citizens 743,600 (24.9%)
Total 2,980,700 (100.0%)
The question is who are the “Other Bumiputera” and “Other Ethnic Groups” that cannot be classified according to a particular ethnic group. Are these “citizens” non-indigenous to Sabah? - taken from the Blog of YB Chow Kon Yeow.
YB Lim Kit Siang's intention to table a motion in Parliament for a Royal Commission on illegal immigrants in Sabah was shot down by Deputy Speaker Ronald Kiandee. I really feel sorry for my brethren in Sabah and Sarawak for the kind of morons they have been electing to represent them one election after another. I really don't understand why my brethren in Sarawak have a Malay-Melanau Muslim in the person of Taib Mahmud as their CM for donkey years when the rights, culture, land and religion of the non-Muslim Bumiputras have been eroded and trampled upon by Umno's proxy in Sarawak, PBB.Just look at the pathetic 27 Dayak Assemblymen in Sarawak. They do nothing to protect their own people.
It's the same story in Sabah. The non-Muslim Bumiputras have been sidelined by Umno by having a Malay-Bajau Muslim in the person of CM Musa Aman calling the shots. Pairin, Joseph Kurup, Bernard Dompok, Daniel Tajem, James Masing etc. you are all a bunch of traitors and self centered pigs who are willing to sell your own peple, race and religion to the Umnoputras. Padan muka (serve you right), now you folks are a minority in your own land, thanks to Filipino and Indonesian Muslims who got their MYkad and voted BN and who are now calling themselves Malay. If this is not a form of ethnic cleansing, then I don't know what is?
Talking about Indonesians having Mykad, can anyone check and see if Dewan Rakyat Speaker Pandikar Amin Mulia is one of the Indonesian Mykad recipients. He sure sounds like one. Anyway, the only redemption left for MP's from Sabah and Sarawak to redeem themselves is for them to cross over to Pakatan Rakyat. This is the only way they can save their people from being foreigners in their own land.I bet the Umno loud mouth MP's from Sabah like Bung Mokhtar would not support any motion to have a Royal Commission on Illegal immigrants in Sabah because he and the rest of his buddies in BN/Umno have either got something to do with the problem or are covering for some BN/Umno bigwigs!
