The Real Story of Mykad in Semporna
My own daughter applied for IC when she was 12 thirteen years ago. Until when the government changed the IC to Bunga Raya and Mykad. A long almost 12 years wait still not receiving her Mykad. Many times approached the Registration Office, the only answers they gave "wait' or 'under process'.
Finally, a friend of mine give me the HQ no. and asked. Once she rang up and asked about it. What to you think the answer is? The HQ claimed that they never received her application. I wonder what are the officials are doing in Semporna ? How can they hide the application? The BPR should take action ! Please investigate these officials!
