Fuel-- Down by 10 cents

Since June, the government revised the prices of fuels up to 72cents and 1 ringgit and most of the commodities since then had been shoot-up rapidly. Government is giving subsidies here and there but that doesn't help prices going up may be not as fast as rocket but boeing! Now prices had gone down 2 months back 25 cents and, recently 10 cents. By going down the fuels the government asks weholesalers and retails to reduce the prices. I want to ask how to reduce prices when there is a gate of 37 cents and 65 cents? teach me how to do the maths as may be I am too stupid to count it out!
