Sipadan-vote for 7 wonders
Sipadan-vote for 7 wonders
I am not very support to this as I, as the local born is not allowed
to step on the island! The island is now sort of only for foreigners!
The locals are not allowed. Just don't know who comes up with the
stupid idea that locals are not allowed!
Years before, when Sipadan was unknown the locals used to go for
picnic but now, locals can only dream when in their sleep.
Soory, I will not vote .......

Empty promises PM- SAPP President
Empty promises PM- SAPP President
According to Yong Teck Lee the promises made by PM :-
1)1 billion special fund for Sabah
2)1 million for MP and, rm400,000/- for Dun
3) The cancellation of gas pipe-line from Kimanis to Bintulu and a setting up of power station using natural gas
4) The setting up of a special committee to settle the IPT.
All these promises are just a talk and, no further follow-up has been made till today! I wonder all our Sabahan BN YBs are deaf or don't dare to raise up the matter?
I now ask all the Sabahans do you still want this to continue? Do you support all these YBs who dare not to make any noise?
Sabahans wake up! Enough is enough! Please vote these YBs out in the coming election. Not for the sake of you but, for the future of our generations.
PM- over the situation in Perak
PM- over the situation in Perak
In 2004 when BN made a big sweep in election, the party refused to accept opposition to cross over. Now the PM declared that he welcomes to 4 YBs to cross over. The question arose that 2 of them are charged with corruption and will be on court on 10thFebruary. Are they freed from the charge if they cross-over? The PM must state clearly and order the MACC to investigate the crossing over whether involve any money politic!!!!!! It's important as to show the rakyat that he is really keen on fighting corruption!

PETALING JAYA , 7 Feb :- Datuk Seri Ir Haji Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin is still the Perak Mentri Besar until he resigns of his own accord, or is removed by a vote of no-confidence in a formal sitting of the State Assembly, said Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah.
“Only the answer of the assembly counts, regardless how many sworn statements, defections, press conferences and declarations, or what forms of advertisement, display, inducement or force you bring to bear on the question,” he said in a statement yesterday.
“The Constitution makes no provision for his removal by any other means, including by petitions or instructions from any other authority,” he added.
He also said that a legitimate constitutional government draws all its authority from the consent of the people and only from that consent. The people consent because it is their government formed according to their constitution, whose leader is chosen through free and fair elections.
“To formally test the mandate of the current government, the question must either be put to the people through state elections, or to assemblymen through a formal vote in the Dewan,” said Tengku Razaleigh.
He said to remove and install governments in any other way was to violate the Constitution, erode the rule of law and run the risk of forming an illegal government. perakdaily.

Money Politic in the UMNO Youth re-election
Money Politic in the UMNO Youth re-election
Last Sunday the Semporna UMNO Youth had a re-election due to last election with extra votes and has to be re-elected.
One my friends is a youth member and entitled to vote. I was told that before the voting day they were invited to a well-known hotel in Semporna for dinner and wang pocket.
He told me that it's good if this election is declared void so that they can vote again and get more money. I don't blame them 'cause economy is down and this is the best way to make quick MONEY!
The KT By election
The KT By election
The result showed that the not only the modern but, the kampung Malay also reject UMNO due to the corruption, abuse of power, and the divident of 30% free shares which only cronies and politicans have the share whereas ordinary doesn't even have a 0.000001% chances!
Hope the Sabahans will be awaken now and vote them out for the coming election!!!!!
Words from bottom of DPM's heart
Words from bottom of DPM's heart
The DPM asked the ministers and YBs of BN to change their attitudes towards rakyat or else coming election will get punished. I appreciate he is now talking sincerely from the bottom of his heart.
In Semporna, don't expect our YBs will change! They always think they are at the top and the rakyat only going at their back! I remember after 2004 election the DPM asked the YBs to go back and serve the rakyat but, whereas our YBs they seldom came back! Don't believe, ask the rakyat.
Even nowadays they seldom come back and Semporna has many problems but, they just seemed to ignore!!!!!

Now situation changed, price of sugar will go up after Chinese New Year. Actually did he know what is he talking? He is a minister. He should talk with full responsibility not just changing his statement!!!!

Salary cut-Singapore Cabinet
The Singapore Government can announce the cut of salary from 12%-30% for the ministers and top officials due to the world economy uncertainty. I wonder why our government can not follow the steps of Singapore???
1 billion fund for Sabah- SAPP President
1 billion fund for Sabah- SAPP President
Last May, the PM announced that a special fund allocated for Sabah but till today, as claimed the SAPP president, no sight of it.
The DPM can announced 7 billion for recovery of economy butwhere is the 1 billion for Sabah?
Is this just a talk for fun? Can anyone launch a BPR report for PM breaking promises such as the PR manifesto?

Sempornans are fools to vote for them as they paid rm50-vote.
Problems in Semporna they just don't bother to settle. I call up all the voters please vote for opposition! If they give money just get it but don't vote for them!!!!!!!!!!!
The economy situation in Malaysia
The economy situation in Malaysia
The PM, DPM and many cabinet ministers claim our econemy situation is stable and can face the global downfall .
They are either cheating or just want to soothe the rakyat!! More than 10,000 have lost their jobs and they seemed to have no idea how to handle .
Bota- A brave YB
Bota- A brave YB
I really appreciate the courage of YB of Dun Bota without fear of SPRM investigation he took the 1st step to cross-over to PKR.
Well done and syabas!!!!!
Moral & Principle of YB
Nowadays I learned many BN YBs or top men claimed the Bota YB has no prinsip & moral! I want to know when the PBS YBs in 1994 cross-over to BN what said the had at that time? They claimed the YBs were making the right choice! Come on all your fellows, be shame on yourselves!!!!!!

Puzzles of PKR Semporna Division-308 election
Puzzles of PKR Semporna Division-308 election
There are many puzzles arose from the voters no matter they are members or non-members!
1) 4 canditates:- only 2 are PKR members and the others non-PKR members!
2) It was told that before Anwar flied back to KL 1 day before nomination day letters of appointment as canditates had been issued to others. When he was on the flight the 4 had been switched to others!
3) Who really has the power to issue appointment letters? The President or the Ketua Perhubungan Sabah?
4) The Vice-President, Dr. Jeffrey had been traveled the whole corner of Sabah to look for potential candidates. He had met few potential canditates in Semporna and promise to give priority. Whereas the Ketua Perhubungan Sabh didn't even bother to travel and meet the grass-roots!Dr. Jeffery knows more in details better than the Ketua! Which opinion should the HQ listen?
5) In Semporna few PKR members have the potential and ablity and yet why 2 non-members chosen as canditates? Are all PKR members stupid and orang kampong?
6)During the 308 strange happening in Semporna.
a) The Branch Division referred to stand in Sulabayan seat in the island whereas he is staying in the town!
b) He selected an islander to stand for Dun Signallang where only few know about him.
c)The Bugaya canditate (non-PKR member) even didn't turn down to the nomination centre! Rumours had said that the guy is a UMNO ahli and had dealt with BN canditate. No proof at all but now everybody knows his relatives are working with the BN YB's office as Pemaju Mukin!
d) The Parliamentary seat also stood by a non-PKR member!
7) After 308 election the PKR division had not called any meeting yet and it did, he only called for few only. Most of the members are not informed!
8)Majority of potential members decline to join PKR because don't support the present Head division
9)The HQ should investigate the whole truth! Not only listening to the division head eventhough he is the founder of PKR in Semporna. Please come down and hear the voice of grass-roots!
10) The division head should be replaced . HQ can appoint him as an adviser.
11)Unless PKR is ready to surrender these 4 seats (3 Dun & 1 Parliament) forever to UMNO change must make! The early the better!
The by-election - Kuala Terengganu
The by-election - Kuala Terengganu
Before the nomination day sweets had been given out and told fellows don't believe only during election then BN distritubated sweets! Only 2 years kid believe in this talk!
I can feel that after nomination money will fall in like heavy rain that flooded Kelatan, Pahang and, Terengganu. I am so jealous of the voters out there, wish the Sempornans don't have to wait too long for the by-election!!!!!!!!!
The Frustrated Potential Members of PKR in Semporna
The Frustrated Potential Members of PKR in Semporna
A group of voters applied for the memberships in the PKR Division in Semporna at late September or October in 2007.
They only found out in January 2009 that all the applications were kept by the Ketua Bahagian. He didn't bother to hand over to HQ.
Is the PKR wants to win a seat in Semporna, the advice is change the Ketua or else the Semporna seats will be forever belong to BN.
The frasturated 500 voters after few discussions have decided to join SAPP and start a new SAPP Bahagian in Semporna!!! What a loss to PKR!!!!
Ketua Bahagian Likas-PBS
Ketua Bahagian Likas-PBS
What's wrong with him? Whenever Opposition raises up questions like granting lands to Chinese Secondary Schools as Kedah PR Government did. He came up with opposition giving all nonsense reasons! The Sabah government can grant land to Yayasan Malacca why not at the same time approve to Sabahans? Don't forget the present government is voted by Sabahans!
If he keeps on making confused statement , don't he dream of winning the coming election!!!!!
Manifesto of BN
Manifesto of BN
After the 308 election, police reports had been launched by several individuals claiming that PR hasnot kept the promise as stated in the manifesto. Well, after 12 terms of election BN had launched many manifestoes but, why didn't the certain individuals launched police report against her? Tell me why??????
Kuala Terengganu- by election
Kuala Terengganu- by election
The PM & DPM announced that once the BN canditate wins the by-election he will be appointed as Asst. Minister. Is this a bribe to the voters ?
Can this case be investigated by the Anti-corruptuion Commission???????????

KOTA KINABALU: Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR)'s Vice President Datuk Dr Jeffrey Kitingan, said tough years are awaiting Sabahans, and if their leaders failed to understand and respond to issues in time, as always, their next generations risk losing all opportunities meant for them.
"The current government is not serious in resolving perennial problems like the presence of illegal immigrants and monopoly of power. Obviously the government had failed, and it does not care to resolve these issues. They have the power to act but they just ignore our views and our rights.
"Because of this, now we have many explosive issues in this country that will be very difficult to handle in the future," he said in a statement issued here today.
Dr Jeffrey further said the fact is that Sabahans are unsure who is foreigner because foreigners could come and leave as they like, they are in possession of Malaysian identity card, can vote and many Federal agencies are already regarding them as either melayu or bumiputera.
"I agree completely with Tan Sri Simon Sipaun who raised that only a miracle could solve the problems of overflowing illegal immigrants and also poverty in Sabah, the richest in natural resources but somehow the poorest state of the country.
"We are really in a mess. I wonder what our ruling leaders are doing. Are they as blind as the Federal politicians?
"As New Year approaches, I call upon our state leaders to ponder for a moment, reflect and search their conscience as what is going to happen to this state if we continue in this position…" he said.

SUPPORT FOR ANWAR AS SABAH PKR CHIEF (Dr Jeffrey's first public reaction on Anwar's appointment as Sabah PKR chief)
Since Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim ia also our (PKR) Ketua Umum, it is a privilege for Sabah to have him as our (Sabah) Pengerusi Perhubungan Negeri (State PKR Liaison Chairman).
I would have objected if it was just any other leader.
This means we, in Sabah, can discuss and have direct access to the head of the National Opposition who is also the Prime Minister-in-waiting!
I view this as something positive. In other words Sabah's and Sarawak's status have been upgraded! Isn't this what we have been looking for?
Of course in the long term, we will assist him to ease his burden by proposing an alternative appointment for the Borneo States.
Thank you.

DAP YB Jimmy Wong: I will resigns if..... Aki Momogun
DAP YB Jimmy Wong: I will resigns if.....
Sabah 7.5% Sales Tax – I will step down if CM can prove I am wrong says Jimmy Wong the State Assemblyman for Sri Tanjong in a statement today. As I have said I will step down as Sri Tanjung Assemblyman if your honourable Chief Minister Datuk Sri Musa Aman can prove that the smallholders are not being taxed the Sabah 7.5% Sales Tax.
I had already highlighted the ‘error’ many times including at the State Legislative Assembly and even shown proves to the Chief Minister, Ministers and Assemblymen during the recent assembly.
It is the state government duty to correct what is wrong, I have come out with proves and many had also highlighted the matter in the news, but nothing is being done.
Therefore I put up this challenge and I will step down if CM can prove that I am wrong, and I hope CM too will do the same if he is wrong.
This is very important as it means the survival of the small and medium size planters and the whole oil palm industry. Even big companies in West Malaysia have already made statements that they are heading towards troubled waters. Planters in Sabah are even worst off with high fertilizer cost and the most taxes and the State Government cannot keep ignoring this and should act now before it is too late.
With the 7.5% Sabah sales tax still being erronously charged on planters and the government is not admitting the mistake I see another black history in the making of the agriculture industry. The first was cocoa where planters were left on their own by the government and one-by-one died and the cocoa industry was history for Sabah. I do not want to see the same thing happen to the oil palm industry and I will do my part to help.
On the price issue, I call the State Government to act immediately to help the oil palm sectors in the state that are now feeling the pressure and hard pressed due to the falling price of the commodity.
Without any concrete action from the government the situation will worsen and Sabah as the largest oil palm producers will become history.
I had many times urged the state government to review the 7.5% Sabah Sales tax imposed on the industry and had shown prove that the tax has been passed to the smallholders no matter how small their plantation are.
If the situation is allowed to go on, it not only burden the planters especially smallholders but also make the state unattractive to investors.
I hope this issue will receive the government attention and drastic action as I had showed prove to the Chief Minister at the recent State Legislative Assembly that the planters including small and medium size oil palm planters are the one paying the 7.5% Sales Tax, though in the first assembly CM had told me that the government never taxed the small holders and only the big companies and I had proven to him that he got the wrong information.
With the Sabah Sales Tax matter coming to light and more people understanding the real situation, I hoped the state government would direct millers not to impose the 7.5% sales tax to planters and the tax be reviewed due to the drastic fall of the CPO (Crude Palm Oil) price.
Apart from that, the government should come out with a statement and explanation on what steps is being done, already done and will be done in connection with the fallen price of oil palm to help the industry.
The people in the oil palm sector and me would like to know whether the special committee to tackle the issue had been set up. If already set up, what had been done to address the situation?
I voice out on behalf of the oil palm industry and it should not be taken lightly as the price had gone down by about 70 percent compared to three months ago and cause loses not only to small holders but also big companies, millers, producers and fertilizer companies.
In fact, I am surprised to hear that a big listed company had to cut 20 percent of its employee’s salary following losses caused by the fallen price of oil palm. That was a few days ago, now many companies are either cutting cost by slashing employee’s salary or retrenchment. If no action is taken, I am sure the government plan to develop the Palm Oil Industry Cluster (POIC) will not bear fruit.
Massive Unemployment
The global economic crisis is real, every seconds count and immediate action must be taken to address and counter the drastic fall in CPO prices. Massive unemployment will happen in Sabah if the State government failed to listen and act positively and immediately.
In Singapore and other develop countries retrenchment in other sectors of their industry has already started as condition gets tough. This is because there is no remedy in the sector they are in.
Our oil palm industry could be helped, however without aid, our oil palm industry too will head the same direction, starting from cutting cost, slashing salaries then retrenchment, resulting in many unemployment.
This could be remedied, but steps must be taken such as:-
-reviewing policies
-reviewing CPO taxes and cess (Federal and State government)
-reduction of fertilizer high price
-review the plantation workers’ levy
-review of the RM40 per tonne discount on CPO price for east Malaysia
The state government has the voice and platform and should request for a review on the CPO taxes and cess such as discount on MPOB oil cess and subsidy for fertilizers.
To set a good leadership example the state government should take the lead by reviewing its 7.5% Sabah sales tax which is the highest in the country.
We cannot afford to wait and see for the impact to happen, our oil palm industry could be help, don’t wait until there are massive retrenchment of workers, acting at that time would be too late as the damage had been done and the government will have to fork out more to help those affected by the economic crisis.
Without the help from the Sabah State Government the oil palm industry that has been paying numerous taxes and cess to Federal and state government will collapse and I for one do not want to see them die-standing without being heard and getting help from Federal and State government so that they could survive the global economic crisis.
